I was seen very quickly, and the doctor and nurse were very caring and helpful. The front desk person was very friendly too.

Excellent service, reliability and treatment!

Set an appointment the night before, it’s a completely useless feature. Still end up in line with everyone else so calling it an appointment is misleading. 45-60 min wait from 08:15 am on a Saturday is reasonable, even though I was 10 min early for my “appointment time”. The lady at the Patient reception/intake/insurance couldn’t have been any more lovely. The PA was detailed, patient and wasted no time (a plus from my point of view, it’s urgent care not my primary). And the nurse taking vitals and history was just as awesome as the other two ladies. 5 stars for staff professionalism and patient care, 0 stars for the knucklehead that came up with the appointment scheduling concept.

Great place. My wife and I are on vacation and she had some issues and they took her in and got her taken care of in less than an hour!!! We were both dreading going to the doctor on our vacation just for the simple fact about 99% of Doctor visits take forever! Thank You for handling our situation urgently!

I wish all doctors offices could experience the way patient services should be. This facility was amazing, from the front desk check in to the treatment and checkout!

Quick treatment and the provider gave me exactly what I needed and couldn’t get 5 days ago from another doctor.

Kamila and evelyn were so nice to me throughout the entire process. Came in for a little issue I had going on and it was quickly resolved. Shout out to the doctor as well for being so attentive. Will definitely be coming back

2nd time visiting MDNow and both have been positive experiences. This last visit I went in close to closing time because my son fell and was bleeding from a gash in his head. I took a chance and went in thinking I would be turned away because it was so close to them closing up but no..the girl in reception took us right in. Doctor, MA, reception staff..everyone was so attentive and caring. They took great care of my son. Definitely recommend them.
