Everyone there was courteous and professional. My co-pay was only $5 and so worth it. Dr Francois was thorough with my evaluation. I will probably never go back to my PCP (even though visits are free). The facility has more diagnostic tools, which means I won’t have to go anywhere else

Staff is friendly, helpful, efficient and they have COVID-19 safety protocols in place. It is comforting to see the use of facial masks, hand sanitizers, and spread out 6’ seating. From the moment you walk in the door and check in with the front desk personnel, see the nurse and phlebotomist, and finally speak with the doctor, Dr Raul San Juan, who takes his time to answer questions thoroughly and reassuringly, it was a great experience. It was very clean and professional! Most of all the service was excellent. Even though they gave me a longer anticipated time, they were able to see us and take care of my son within less of the time that they had told me prior to services.
