This is my second time here. Again a very pleasant experience. No hassle like at a doctor’s office. Right away I was able to sign in and only waited 5 minutes to get inside to have a test taken by a very friendly person and then a very professional tech came in to take my vitals. I got in and out fairly quickly. Also this place was very clean, and comfortable.

Excellent Excelle service. Always fast, always friendly. The nurses and doctors remember me, granted I've been here 6 times in the last 3 months for my gout problem. I'm sure they're having a good laugh if they're reading this. I've been to many MDNOWs in Brickell, the other 2 in Coral Gables but none compare to this location. I would recommend a million times over. The doctors know your past visits and answer all questions you have even if it's not related to the issue you came in for. I'd give 10+ stars if I could.

Ernst, the assistant clinic manager, was SO helpful! When you are not feeling well and need immediate assistance, the last thing you want to deal with is a billing error. He resolved it immediately with a smile on his face

We landed at FLL and our daughter had a high temperature. Took a Lyft to this place as near our hotel. Arrived by 5:15 pm on a Thursday, checked in daughter, saw nurse who confirmed temp of 104 and then did influenza test and confirmed that was positive. She got a shot. Doctor May was very pleasant and very helpful as was ALL staff. The doctor sent myself and my other daughter out to check in so we could get prescriptions for Tamiflu also to use either as preventative treatment or actual treatment if got symptoms. He advised of a coupon to reduce cash price as well. We were done within 2 hours which seems long but they were busy and three of us were seen.

Brought in a sick baby. Was cheerfully and professional greeted and checked in. No wait. Immediately brought back. Nurses were kind and attentive asking plenty of questions to establish current patient symptoms. Baby was then seen by a wonderful and competent nurse practitioner who gave a thorough exam and ruled out ear infections. She walked us out and was attentive to the baby the whole time.
The office is very clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend.
