The person at the front desk was new. She appears to still be in the learning process. Very frustrating at the beginning but then another senior staff person came over to assist the girl in training. That made my experience a little better at the front desk checking in point. The girl who comes to take me to the room and does vital signs was very empathetic to my pain. She is kind, caring , and concerned of my pain level! The doctor was very informative. The X-ray machine was not available at this facility. So I was sent to Loxahatchee for my X-ray. The staff out there was great and performed their duties well. The doctor out there was awesome. His bedside manner was top of the line superb.

Always come here and are always helpful and direct with the problem and how to solve it.

The staff was very attentive and was a quick process from start to finish. The place was clean and the equipment was up to date. Everybody had smiles on there faces and were there to help. When questions were asked they answered throughly. The doctor heard all my symptoms and changed the course of action because I needed a stronger antibiotic to treat both an upper respiratory infection and ear infection combo. Feeling better on the road to recovery. Would recommend this place for urgent care! It was a positive experience. From start to finish was 35 minutes with two scripts on the way to the pharmacy for me.

Always quick in and quick out. I have COPD and going to the ER is always a long drawn out (and expensive) process, so I appreciate being able to be seen in a timely, affordable manner.

Went in due to exposure to Covid 19 wasn’t feeling very well either, the staff was very caring and quick to assist me and help with everything I needed! Dr Hirt was great and the nurses were amazing!

my family of 4 walked in at 7:15pm on 8/4/2021 the staff was tired and super busy! The lady behind the desk was beyond friendly and professional. Dr. J took our vitals at 8 pm despite wanting to go home he could not have been more polite and helpful. He even took the time to print something for my wife. Then the tech in the back had our covid tests done in minutes. Results came the next day! It would have been very easy to send us away, but they went the extra mile and that was much appreciated! Thanks from the DAlessandro's!

It was a very pleasant experience. No wait time, maybe 10 minutes . Everyone is very nice.
