I had to take our three year old in today (9/30/22) for a Covid test to be cleared for dental surgery that is coming up soon. I was dreading it. Our daughter has had several Covid tests but no matter whether we have given them to her or a nurse or doctor it always ends in howling, screaming, crying, or trying to run away in fright. I wish I had got the name of the nurse on duty today. She was so good with our girl. Not only did it not end in tears, Our daughter was super proud of how big of a girl she was today. Mama was super proud too! These guys are excellent!

The palm beach lake office is one of the location that I went to, from the receptionist to back office; the staffs are very nice and compassion. The doctor was very precise with my diagnosis, and I received a follow up call to see if meds are working. The best location to go to

Last night my 2 year old cut his finger open to the bone. We took him in around 7pm and thankfully were able to get in the room right away. The nurse cleaned his cut and was very kind to him. They were swamped so we didn't see the doctor for 2 hours. When we DID see the doctor, it was well with the wait. Dr. Diaz was super kind, patient, and thorough. He put 9 stitches in my son's finger & really took his time to make sure it was clean, etc. We go back for a follow-up but I don't anticipate our review changing. Yes, we waited - a LONG time - but the care we received was good. It's on the COMPANY for not adding a second dr in the evenings when they know it'll be busy. The staff was friendly enough but Dr. Diaz was downright wonderful.
