Very organized. Gave me a time range for wait. Took my phone number and called when I was close to being call. Much better than other urgent care centers I’ve been to.

It wasn’t a good Thanksgiving weekend health-wise. It’s safe to say that people who visit urgent care centers aren’t having the best day. But having going and being able to have a great experience makes it all less painful. Yesterday, I had that happen. I had the opportunity to have the team of Front Desk Director, Tamika do an amazing intake while dealing with a crowded lobby without ever missing a beat. PA Lily than did an amazingly comprehensive review of what brought me to MD Now. She was incredibly thorough and clearly knew what needed to get done for my visit with the Dr. Her people skills were outstanding and professionalism beyond compare. I thought there was no way it would get any better than this until I had the good fortune of seeing Dr. Leoni. Simply put, he redefined bedside manner and had a very distinct "patient first" aura about him. You assume all doctors know what they are doing. However, being able to deliver on it in a very “connected” way is a bonus. Dr. Leoni was a rock star! If MD Now wants to continue in an innovative track, find a way to clone him and use him across all locations!

What is the best part of working at the company? I love my job from the interactions with diverse people to the new things being taught everyday. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? Nothing really. Yes their are some ugh patients but still love it What is the work environment and culture like at the company? It’s more than that Phenomenal
