I would have liked the wait to be shorter, but given what’s happen with Covid and testing and all the other stuff, I was most pleased with the outcome.
I got my test, I was seen by the Doctor and given prescriptions for meds while I wait for the test results.
They were polite, efficient and patient, even when others were not.
I would recommend this clinic.

If I could “suggest” one small change: one item seemed to be omitted from the electronic sign in on the iPad: under the ethnicity selection, there was no selection for “white”. “White-non hispanic” was not present either, so all I could do is select “none of the above”. I find this a very strange oversight. Before anyone claims the R word, I am the most open and accepting person there is, I am just pointing out a glaring omission. Thank you for your service.

Went there in the late afternoon on Monday to have a COVID test. Only two people ahead of me, but still about a 40 minute wait. Receptionist was friendly, and the technician who did the rest was excellent. Naturally, this was my first time and I was quite apprehensive. The technician put me at my ease and was so gentle I could barely feel it. My heart goes out to them knowing what they do day in and out!

Once again I’m amazed by the entire staff. I am a nurse of 20 years plus and this corporation has the formula for a successful operation of a walk in clinic. Wouldn’t even think about going elsewhere! By the time your walking out the door you have no questions! They’ve all been answered members if the team. Just an awesome experience.

The initial wait was about as long as expected, service was very solid, and when I finally saw Doctor Swanson, he had me in and out in mere minutes with an accurate diagnosis and prescription. Very cool staff, very pleasant experience. They even had the little lollipops on the way out that I recognized from the doctors offices when I was a kid. Loved to see that. Didn't take one but I'm glad they were there.

I was absolutely impressed about this urgent care clinic! This was my first time here and the staff was super friendly, professional, diplomatic and very knowledgeable! The personnel were super amazing, especially Doctor Trey Leaven, he did the X-ray, blood test and also i was missing some vaccine for my employment declaration health form ! I totally give 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to this clinic which is super clean , modern and tidy, and also i got all my reports on my email right after i left!

The staff was very professional and got me in very fast for a Covid test. They all were so nice and took the safest precautions to make me feel safe as well. Would definitely recommend for anyone to go there if they need to take a Covid test or for anything else. Great experience
