We landed at FLL and our daughter had a high temperature. Took a Lyft to this place as near our hotel. Arrived by 5:15 pm on a Thursday, checked in daughter, saw nurse who confirmed temp of 104 and then did influenza test and confirmed that was positive. She got a shot. Doctor May was very pleasant and very helpful as was ALL staff. The doctor sent myself and my other daughter out to check in so we could get prescriptions for Tamiflu also to use either as preventative treatment or actual treatment if got symptoms. He advised of a coupon to reduce cash price as well. We were done within 2 hours which seems long but they were busy and three of us were seen.

MD Now did a fantastic job during my visit. The office is very clean, and the reception was very polite. More important, COVID protocol is still observed in this office. Everyone in the building wore masks. The check in process was a breeze, and I was seen immediately. The overall service was superb, and I will be using this urgent care more often. My daughter was with me and suggested I go to this one, and I’m so happy I did.

I went to this urgent care today and I was stunned. I was treated so well by the staff and the PA. The place was clean, everyone was calm and I cannot say anything negative about them. Great Job!!!!!!

Came in for Covid Testing. The staff was friendly, and caring. The nurse who swabbed me was gentle, which I highly appreciated, because the first time I had a covid test it caused a bit of “post traumatic swab disorder” lol. The only issues: Due to high volume of patients bc of recent Covid outbreaks, the wait was about 45 minutes and parking lot is small - so it was difficult to get a spot. Other than that, I would definitely use their services again. Results should come back in 24-48 hours and are accessible via internet/patient portal, which is much better than 10-14 days from public testing sites and having to wait on a phone call for results. I have insurance, so out of pocket cost today was only $35 vs $199 without insurance. I’ll post a follow up review after my results, hopefully there won’t be any issues/delays.

After walking in as a new patient, I was pleasantly surprised to find a clean and friendly atmosphere. Staff was great, from the front desk to all who cared for me in the back. The PA was professional & answered my questions, the nurse, Veronica, had a great sense of humor & made me laugh. Tony, the Xray tech, put me at ease, explained my broken elbow on the screen and followed up by carefuly applying a splint & sling. everyone there helped to make a bad situation much better for me. Thank you all.
The only thing that surprised me was there was no Covid screening or temperature taking. You would think that would be protocol?
