Great company to work for with many opportunities available! Management is always encouraging growth and seems to really care about their employees. Anyone who brings effort and passion, quickly get recognized. If you apply yourself, you'll go somewhere! The nature of the Urgent Care business can seem overwhelming at times with the long hours and fluctuating patient flow, however there is always someone there to support you through. You learn something new every day. Management is definitely on your side and patient care is a priority.
