Short wait and caring staff

I was very pleasantly surprised at just how quickly snd efficiently I was processed and in front of a doctor! The staff was extremely pleasant, friendly and professional. I waited no more than 5 minutes at any time. The doctor was particularly nice and spent plenty of time with me to assure that l I understood how to properly nurse and medicate my wound. I was in and out of the facility in remarkable time. Kudos to MD Now and all of their staff!

Saw a doctor rather quickly. Was given a diagnosis and had prescriptions called into my pharmacy.

I came to Miami with my 7 year old daughter, we landed 6 hours earlier and hung out at a friends house before we checked in to the hotel. On the car ride to the hotel, my daughter complained of her eye itching. Of course she kept rubbing it and made it worse. Her eye was almost completely shut when we pulled into urgent care. We had all of our luggage with us. The staff was very nice and accommodating and allowed me to put my luggage in another room while me daughter was getting treated. The entire staff was great and the doctor assessed the situation and wrote a prescription for my daughter. Her swelling went down overnight and she is fine.

I needed a COVID test as soon as possible on a weekend and everywhere around me made it impossible to get tested but in MD NOW, I literally walked in with my insurance info and then walked out with my test done! The results available in 48 hours which was fine by me, just happy to be tested! The nurse also was super gentle with me and honestly, it was the best test I’ve had since the pandemic started!

I came to MD Now in Parkland for what I thought was a bad cold. They were so nice and took me in immediately. The doctor and staff are all very nice and very professional. It was such an easy experience - I’ll definitely go back!
