this was my first time at an urgent care and I didn't really know what to expect coming to MDNOW. the front desk receptionist, Caroline was able to explain everything to make me feel at ease and assured me the staff would take care of me and make me feel comfortable. They were very friendly and helpful. I was there for a pre-employment drug screen and was able to get an immediate appointment. I was in and out faster than I thought. I was concerned about paid parking, but not only was there valet parking offered, MD Now validates the parking. Such a breeze!
