I used MD Now for a persistent cough I had for 3 days. Since my visit was on Saturday, I had my primary doctor send my medical files to MD now.
The check in process was easy using an iPad. A medical technician took my vitals, the doctor reviewed my medical history asked me what I’m feeling, looked at my throat, ears, nose, and listened to my lungs.
The diagnosis was a sinus infection. My medicine was called into Walgreens immediately.
The entire process took less than 40 minutes.

I had a great experience with everyone I interacted with today. The receptionist got me in the system right away, the nurse and the doctor took their time asking me questions, checking my symptoms, and answering my questions. My particular condition doesn't have a quick fix, but they gave me sound next steps and helped put my mind at ease. If I ever need to go to an urgent care facility in the future, I know where to go. Excellent! Super nice receptionists, fast, easy registration process, minimal wait time before seeing the Dr - who was amazing! Dr. Anthony Aliago has great bedside manner, listens intently, explained his findings and treatment perfectly. I literally, could not breathe from respiratory illness. I walked out of there in under an hour feeling 100% better and just crossed the street where I picked up the prescriptions at CVS. Outstanding MDNow and a great Dr!
