The lady at the front desk, Sylvia D. is extremely pleasant. She greets everyone with a smile. Seems genuinely concerned about the patient. She makes you feel at home by offering refrigerated water and in my case, she heard my cough and offered a Ricola. She surely makes the patient feel at ease when visiting this MD Now. The place is clean and organized. I went in for a COVID test without an appointment and only waited 10 min. Everyone was courteous and professional. I was told at the front desk results would be available in 48 hours but the person that did the test told me in 24 hours the results will be emailed to me.

I’ve been here for Covid tests several times and each time I was a big baby and cried lol but the nurses were gentle with me. If you want good services stop by Palm Beach Lakes MS Now. The wait time during Covid is a bit long but the services are worth the wait.
