All the staff is very friendly, helpful and caring. Front staff manager really is an asset to your establishment. They took me right in. I had injured my little toe and was bleeding. Didn't have to wait at all. Will definitely refer all that ask to go there during open hours.

i am new to Miami , my ears were impacted and needed relief.
Of course these things happen at 2am in the morning, but I googled and booked a 8am appointment. When I went into the office I met receptionist Samantha who was very friendly and very helpful ,she got me going . Within a few minutes Medical Assistant Paula Correa , came out , she also was very friendly, kind, helpful and remained so during my entire ear procedure.
Dr Pena came over examined my ears , MA Paula did the procedures, Dr Pena checked and away I went. During my entire visit everybody was friendly, very helpful, it was a very enjoyable visit. All answered my questions , involved my wife , it was one of those WOW visits. I would highly recommend MD Now Urgent Care to all . I was a stranger , but felt as if as i was going there for years. Great experience, walked-in without an appointment for a pre-employment drug screening! The check-in was seamless and the wait was short! All the ladies were kind and helpful. Did not see a Dr. this time but I have in the past and had no issues at all!!

I had been going to Urgent care in Abacoa, but the front desk and staff were not friendly and sometimes they would send me home without doing anything.
I heard about MDnow PGA from a friend and came here to take the COVID-19 test. They were very helpful and quick to respond. I can recommend them!
