I’ve had nothing but positive experiences at this location. While there could sometimes be a wait, pending on the time, the doctors and rest of staff have shown nothing but exceptional professionalism every time I’ve come to visit, especially Sylvia! Thank you all so much for your help!

I visited MD Now in pinecrest twice this week for my son and myself. The front desk coordinator made check in fast and easy. We were seen in a timely manner. Both visits we had lovely nurses that took our vitals and administered our rapid Flu tests. Both were kind & patient with us. Seen promptly by both practitioners/doctors that were also very friendly & thorough. I’d be sure to visit this location for most of my medical needs from now on.

The doctor is amazing! The all are very nice. There wasn't a long wait at all. When I got in to the back the gentleman as what was going on and did my vitals. When the doctor came in she was very pleasant and listened to every concern I had. All in all I would recommend this urgent care place to my family and friends. Thank you for all your services. Brought in a sick baby. Was cheerfully and professional greeted and checked in. No wait. Immediately brought back. Nurses were kind and attentive asking plenty of questions to establish current patient symptoms. Baby was then seen by a wonderful and competent nurse practitioner who gave a thorough exam and ruled out ear infections. She walked us out and was attentive to the baby the whole time. The office is very clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend.
