I'm visiting Miami for a few months and found myself in need of an MD. I read reviews of several walk in facilities in my location. Urgent Care had the best reviews and after a visit the ratings are well deserved. Although I had to wait an hour (no appointment) , the facility is well run and it is very clean. The staff is friendly and efficient. The physician did a thorough exam, identified the issue and suggested a medication but did not write the prescription because he was unsure of how it might interact with a current and uncommon medication I was taking. He instructed me to either see a specialist in the area or to contact my physician at home and get clearance. Cautious and smart.

Total MD is such a great place to receive medical care and help with all the staff here being completely helpful and aiding to any problems or injuries you are currently having come check them out!!!

Great care!

We went in to check on my daughter after getting cold symptoms 2 days into our vacation. It was quick and easy. Straight to the point and the dr was very charismatic and light hearted. Both nurses that took her vitals and administered the COVID test were great. Wish I remembered names but it was a great experience.

Have used this location several times and have not been disappointed yet. They are very personable and compassionate. This last visit I had several issues going on at the same time, they were great, trying to figure out if the issues were related and getting to the best possible outcome.

I was skeptical when I saw pictures of other users, but I decided to take a chance. I’ve always had a problem with dark spots on my face. As an African American, the smallest pimple will leave a mark on my skin. Needless to say, I’ve tried countless products! None compare to this!! I’ve come back for my refill (even though my spots are nearly gone!) Great product which I'm extremely gratful I came across.

I am a parent that was concerned about son illness . I called to find out the services of there facility . I spoke with Sandra receptionist and she had me speak to Stefanie RN . They reassured me that when my son came back in they would do an X-ray . Per my son he said everyone was great and he loved the Doctor sorry didn’t get his name 1/16 was on then and stated he was very nice and good . I just want to say I am a RN ER & ICU live in Pa and I appreciate you listening to my concerns and doing the X-ray .Thank you for listening to my concerns you were all very kind . Both my ears where completely clogged so at first I went to holy cross hospital and waited for and hour and probably would of been there till midnight if I stayed and I got there like 1pm so I went over to mdnow and got there at the right time and they took me right in and treated me for over an hour and the nurse was great and the PA was great and between the solution they used and then the spray bottle back and forth in both ears they got every drop of wax that was built up inside and and I can’t say enough about how professional they where and how much they helped me. I clean my ears regularly but I don’t think that I’ve ever heard this good before. I been to urgent care clinics before and they act like they are doing you a favor by helping you but definitely not this place . I had 3 different people look at me and I definitely will go back there if I have any sort of issue

It was not a long wait and the staff is very courteous and helpful ,if my primary care doctor is not available I'll certainly go again .
