Went to this location to get a medical check for my visa and had a great experience with the whole staff. Upon arriving I was greeted by Elizabeth and Yuney at the front. They were really nice and easy to talk to regarding what i needed for my visa. After I finished getting my checkup their manager Claudia went out of her way to type and print a medical statement that I needed. The whole staffs service surpassed my expectations and I am very happy that I went to them. I wouldn't doubt going back when I need their services again.

Excellent service and kind staff

Camila is the young lady who checked me in. She was so sweet, friendly & professional. While I was waiting there was another patient who came in being very rude and wanted what she wanted. She was being disrespectful & absurd to a point that the police had to be called. The ENTIRE time the woman was behaving irrational Camila remained calm and professional. The doc who was there also came out to the front to help the situation and still the crazy lady wanted what she wanted. The entire staff was clearly overwhelmed with a lot of patients. Essence also handled a w customer good as well. It’s holiday season and a lot of PCP are out but we count on MD Now to be here in our time of need and they were for me. I’m grateful for their kindness and availability. By the way, this isn’t my first time at this location. They’re always friendly & helpful.

Very convenient: was diagnosed, initial treatment was done there, and a prescription was sent to the pharmacy. Would go back.

The staff were nice, the service was fast and the Dr. Was very professional.

I was pleasantly surprised how helpful and kind the receptionist was to all the patients waiting for up to two hours. She was calm and respectful to everyone. She did everything she could to help everyone. She kept us in the loop about time management going on in the back. That she was leaving for her break. She announced it and put a sign up. She checked in with us all and let us know how things were moving in the back. The doctor was helpful and listened to my concerns the nurse was also lovely.

Fast and easy, everyone was so nice. The only issue is trying to call in, you can't get anyone but the physical branch is excellent.

Fast, friendly and professional. We are now willing to bypass an Express doc's that is closer to be seen at this MDNOW staff.
