Great new facility with ample parking. Front office staff very attentive and caring. Did triage immediately then got me right in to see a Doctor who took great care of me. He even reviewed the meds he was giving me and counseled me to eat before taking as they could bother my stomach. They called in my meds and they were ready for me by the time I got to the pharmacy. Plus they’ve already followed up with me! Great service

Having my Covid-19 antibodies checked was quick and easy at the Miami Lakes center. Dr. May was very nice and knowledgeable. I will definitely return to this location for future needs.

The staff was soooo kind and helpful! Not easy managing a waiting room of Covid 19 possible patients! Had cold fresh bottles of water while we waited. They totally recognized our anxiety. Readily and patiently answered our questions. Checked in with us from time to time. Very very pleased with the environment, the staff, their professionalism. Highly recommend MD Now Urgent Care. My husband cut his finger at work and went to MD Now the staff here are so nice and very polite, they made him and I feel very comfortable. The Nurse Practitioner was great. I’ve been to other MD Now and they are great but this one just stands out !!!!

I am so grateful for the care I received @ MD Now in Hallandale. I saw Dr. Joelle Abitan-Colon. I had a terrible gout attack that I had been suffering from for 9 days. I was taking the normal gout medication, but it was not helping. After being in excruciating pain for so long, I went to MD Now. I was lucky to see Dr. Joelle Abitan-Colon. She gave me a pain injection and prescribed a NSAID. This relieved my pain within 2 hours. The NSAID was a huge pain relief. I felt so much better by the evening. I am so appreciative for the care and empathy I received! I have been unable to sleep for more than 4 hours a night since the attack started. I finally had a good night’s rest. I feel almost no pain this morning. THANK YOU!!!

Great customer service, very clean, amazing experience by professional people. I highly recommend MD Now. I had an x-ray, got my results right away and was given a prescription. Their prices are very reasonable compared to other urgent care centers such as Baptist or Memorial Urgent Care centers which will charge you triple. The next day received a call asking how I was feeling. By far it was the BEST experience I've had in many years. GREAT JOB MD Now Urgent Care Center!!! Definitely will recommend to friends and family and will return when needed.
