The place is very clean and homey. Decorated very nicely. The staff is over the top. Very very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Very nice pens to write with. The quicker you get out of there depends on you (how soon you give them your information) they are very quick. No wait. They waste no time. They are respectful, they answer all your questions and everyone is willing to help you. Everyone smiles and they are soooooo caring. They all hope you feel better. Definitely going back if I need care and I am telling all my friends about this place.

My experience at MD NOW was very good. Everyone was very pleasant and professional. There was a wait but I went after work which I am sure is a very busy time. My treatment for an ear blockage was fast and efficient. I would definitely recommend MD NOW!

Overall very impressed with the service from this location. Times are tough and scary but each associate from the desk checking me in, to the girl who took my blood/pressure/etc, was very welcoming and kind. I was nervous to be there but It was very easy. If you need assistance with health concerns I’d recommend paying this place a visit. This was my first time and I’m scheduled for a follow up a week from now.

Usually I'm hesitant to visit any urgent care clinics due to long waits and lack of quality. I was pleasantly surprised by this one. I didn't have to wait long at all, it was very clean and modern, and the staff was amazing and kind. In no way did I feel rushed at any point and they listened to my every concern without being dismissive.

My first experience here on Tuesday Oct. 27, 2020. I was seen by Dr. Francisco Sanchez was very professional, very comfortable to talk to and I highly recommend him, I'll be recommending. I also spoke over with Candace over the phone, who gave great customer service, her professionalism was superb and she did a great job, her patience and attention is appreciated, I'll be recommending Candace.
Today as of Tues. Nov. 2, 2020 around 4:40PM I spoke to Maynahica over the phone and also was great with her welcoming attitude, her way of communicating made me feel confident and content with her work to come back for a follow up. I also can't forgot about nurse Stephanie she was so wonderful and was very quick to take me to the doctor's. Thank you soo much everyone who took care of me at Md Now urgent care.
