I say WOW!!!!! The place is very clean and homey. Decorated very nicely. The staff is over the top. Very very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Very nice pens to write with. The quicker you get out of there depends on you (how soon you give them your information) they are very quick. No wait. They waste no time. They are respectful, they answer all your questions and everyone is willing to help you. Everyone smiles and they are soooooo caring. They all hope you feel better. Definitely going back if I need care and I am telling all my friends about this place. Love it !!!!!!!

Excellent doctor. He was very thorough. Listened to my concerns and I never felt rushed. The radiologist was also very good and professional.

The facility was absolutely clean. From check in, seeing the PA to leaving everyone was friendly efficient and great.

Fast and reliable service. If test are not available at the time of service. They will call you or text you the results. If you are an NCHS employee services cost are so much less than other UCC.

We landed at FLL and our daughter had a high temperature. Took a Lyft to this place as near our hotel. Arrived by 5:15 pm on a Thursday, checked in daughter, saw nurse who confirmed temp of 104 and then did influenza test and confirmed that was positive. She got a shot. Doctor May was very pleasant and very helpful as was ALL staff. The doctor sent myself and my other daughter out to check in so we could get prescriptions for Tamiflu also to use either as preventative treatment or actual treatment if got symptoms. He advised of a coupon to reduce cash price as well. We were done within 2 hours which seems long but they were busy and three of us were seen.

Amazing experience tonight at this location. I wish I took down each persons name to list on this review. From the front desk gal, to my initial nurse practitioner to the main doc, all three were extremely helpful, friendly, professional and caring. It was a very efficient and pleasant experience. Best experience I’ve ever had at an urgent care in my life hands down. Would recommend this MD-NOW 10/10. Thank you!!
