The office is very clean and professional. The front desk staff kind and informative. The MD I saw took time to properly diagnose my symptoms and ordered my meds right in front of me. I'm an eBay Seller and I ship about 1,000 packages a year, all shapes and sizes. Over 90% of those items I use USPS. Only one package lost and that was about 10 years ago under unusual circumstances. In spite of the fact that I ship so few items with other services, their record is nowhere near as good. One tip. If you have any difficulties, visit the nearest USPS branch and talk to someone in person. The postal workers at my neighborhood USPS are knowledgeable and motivated. Pirateship is a great service btw and offers discounts on all shipping services.
