Love the consistency of the product, the feel of it on my skin, and the end result as it disappears. I have used a lot of moisturizers and trying to find one that doesn't leave a layer of goop on your skin or doesn't leave my normal skin feeling oily has been difficult, but this product delivers. We'll see how well it does at its claim to reducing fine lines and discoloration. Only time will tell, but so far I am loving this Miami MD Age Defying Lift and Firm Cream.

The best service I've ever had while getting medical care. Doctors and staff were very nice and friendly. They apologized for the wait. But honestl, I've spent more time waiting at Jackson and their centers with an appointment than I did as a walk-in at this place.

Took only 45 minutes to see the doctor after completing the patient info forms - next to the x-rays technician and back to see the doctor. Unheard of to received prompt medical attention. Had I chosen to go to the local ER, I would have been there several hours.
Hope I don't need MDNow Urgent Care anytime soon, but should the need arise, I will certainly return to this location.

This is the Best walk in care Facilities I have ever been to. They care about doing the best care they can for there patrons, I had come from NJ with stitches. When I came in they were friendly and provided the best care I have had in a walk-in facility. Great staff !!! Great Doctors on location !!! I Recommend this location !!! Had a pretty bad cut on my forehead above left eye. Dr. Carlos Ame gave me five stitches as a going away gift. He’s quite a nice fellow, very professional which is what I expected. I would certainly let him treat me again in the future.
