My sister in law brought my daughter in but we didn’t know that without a parent she couldn’t be immediately seen. The front desk girl Suset went out of her way to help us in getting the correct things sent over so that my daughter could be treated for her cold- due to work there is no way I could of taken her in. She was extremely patient and made a lasting impression because both my sister in law and daughter remembered her by name and told me how sweet and helpful she was, she even kept my daughter entertained by talking about Disney with her (my daughter’s favorite). Good job MD Now for hiring such good staff! We will definitely be switching over from Baptist for all of our future Urgent Care needs & letting our friends know about you. Excellent experience!! Booked appointment on line and was immediately called in to se Doctor. All of the staff were friendly, professional and made me feel valued as a patient. The doctor was amazing!!! He was very knowledgeable and took time with me to ensure all my questions were answered. 24 hours later I am already feeling better!! Office is clean and overall A+++
