Had a very good experience at this location. Waiting time was minimal. The staff and doctor were very friendly, professional and helpful. They were very attentive and asked questions and they paid close attention to my concerns.

Clean facility, and great customer service. Only issue is the call center, they tell you to call and make an appointment but you really can’t. So you have to walk-in and make the appointment.

Not too long of a wait . Clean facility . Dr. Diavanti was extremely knowledgeable and Informative. Communicated thoroughly and with genuine concern . More doctors like him are a must !!

The Margate office has a great Manager, Ms. Kim and fantastic staff members. The Doctors are outstanding! I am always very well treated here...with kindness and respect. Went today to get covid tested. Staff was super nice & extremely helpful. Attended me as quickly as they could. Wonderful customer service.

Extremely friendly staff, very clean, never a wait! Easy and convenient, always solves and helps with our medical needs. Would highly recommend if you don't want to deal with your primary or the ER.

The doctors, nurse and staff at MD NOW Hallandale are absolute professionals: knowledgeable, caring, respectful, efficient - even so early on a Sunday Morning :) I was in and out within an hour, diagnosis explained, prescription electronically sent to my pharmacy, my records emailed to me! I felt good and confident my ear infection was properly cared for. This was my second visit to an MD NOW facility, and I highly recommend them! Certainly beats waiting at the doctor's office, OR (worse!) all the hidden charges that come with a hospital visit. Unless you have a grave emergency, Urgent Care MD NOW is the way to go

I was impressed! I don't have much experience with "urgi" care facilities, but I thought they did a great job of handling a flow of patients with thoughtfulness and what seemed to be good care. Thanks for my J&J Covid shot. Nice experience. Faye
