Happy 4th of July

I went to MD now Urgent care at Flagler location because of a bad ear infection. Was happy with the staff, the place was clean. The wait was not bad maybe 30-40 min in total. I was seen and was happy with the treatment that was prescribed. I will visit this place again if needed.

I went to MD Now for severe back pain and stomach pain. I was seen right away by Dr Diaz. He told me to go straight to the ER he thought it was appendicitis. He was right, my appendix burst. While I was in the hospital the staff of MD now called to follow up to see how I was doing. I was very ill and in hospital for 5 days and didn't check my phone. Dr. Diaz himself also called and left a message to checkup on me even leaving his cell number just wanting to see how I was doing. I can not believe this! So amazed at how much they went above and beyond to reach out to me to make sure I was ok is incredible. Very thankful for Dr. Diaz and MD now. Thank you sincerely for caring.

I had ran out of medicine and needed desperately. (antidepressants).. My PCP for some reason quit the practice without warning. And I needed medicine. They were friendly and caring and sent a prescription to Pubix for me.. I am so thankful

Injured my ankle went to MD Now Urgent Care. The staff was very professional and took care of my needs I was in and out of there at no time at all. Thank you for a great experience!

We had to take our daughter in because she's been sick with flu-like symptoms for about a week. Once we arrived, we were greeted by Randy at the Front Desk, who was very pleasant and informative as to what we needed to do. My daughter was very weak and coughing nonstop. Once inside, she was seen not only by one nurse, but by two nurses, Andrew Smith and George Fong, who couldn't have been more compassionate and understanding with my daughter. Dr. Andar then came in and evaluated her in detail, ultimately prescribing her antibiotics and throat medication. He was very patient and answered all our questions. I was so impressed with the attention and professionalism of everyone we came in contact with that I asked to speak with the manager and advised him of such. I highly recommend this facility. Thank you to the staff at MD Now Urgent Care on Bird Road!!!

Just dealt with a cut thumb. Good experience overall. Front desk was organized. And wait was less than 10 min. The PA that tended to my son’s thumb was efficient and know what she was doing. And confident. Would recommend.
