I went in today to get a pre-op screening for my upcoming eye surgery, and I have quite possibly the most severe case of white coat syndrome in the history of mankind. I knew I would absolutely fail the blood pressure test and I did, big time. But the doctor, the nurses and the kind woman that checked me in were so thoughtful, attentive and caring that they let me take my time, relax and calm down and I was able to get the best pressure reading I have gotten in a medical facility in 35 years. The entire staff treated me like a person instead of a number and I am beyond grateful. I could not recommend this urgent care more.

I have never had a better experience at any minute clinic. I came in with what I suspected to be strep throat traveling from out of state. The waiting room was exceptionally comfortable and clean; it rivals the most upscale medical office I had ever been to. But even more impressive was the speed, thoroughness, and efficiency. I had barely submitted my e-forms when I was called back to an exam room. The initial screen was thorough, but focused on strep throat. Indeed, they brought a strep test with them and started running it even before the doctor came in, which was barely a few minutes after the screen concluded. With the test results available after the doctor arrived, after the doctor completed her assessment, I was on my way out the door with a prescription called ahead to a local Publix. Total time was less than 30 minutes! Unheard of!
