I went to MD Now in Boca Raton Florida to get tested for Covid. Had a very good experience. The healthcare provider who did the testing was very knowledgeable, very professional, and did a very deep swab without any discomfort at all. I’ve had the same swab test done before and it was really uncomfortable, but she is very gentle and did a great job. Gave me lots of good information and knew all the latest up-to-date information from the CDC. Was very impressed and I’ll definitely come back if I need them again. I was told I’m likely to get my test results in 24 hours, which is great.

The service i received from Islande & Keona was exceptional. I've never experienced anyone that i truly felt genuinely cared and understood what i was going through. Although they could not help me, they thoroughly explained why they couldn't but also pointed me in the right direction. They were so patient with me and made sure i was ok before they would let me leave. These two women made a difference and MD Now is very fortunate to have them on their team. I have always been more than satisfied with my care at MDNow. On this particular visit, they looked at my complaint and stated that they thought I needed to go to an ER instead... Glad I did. I just got out of the hospital after nearly four days on IV antibiotics for a serious cellulitis. As important as it is to know what you can do when it comes to medical issues, it is equally important, maybe more important, to know your limitations. MDNow proved that they know what they can do, and are courageous/ethical enough to know what they cannot do. This ability to know what to treat and what to "outsource" may have saved my arm... Outstanding clinicians! Thanks so much!
