All of the staff were professional and friendly. It took a little while to be seen but there were several people in front of me when I arrived and they seemed to go through them at an efficient speed. My only critique would be I didn't see a way to do a virtual check in before arriving which would help with the wait times.

Great service from check in to the doctor. I was only here because I had to catch and earlier flight out and missed a routine appointment back home. They took the time which they didn’t need to address other item they find from their standard test. Was more helpful than my regular doctor back home. Would definitely recommend. Dr. Martinez was very thorough and knowledgeable. Didn’t hurt that she was cute either.

I went in as a walk in for my throat feeling like it was swelling shut and they got me in within 15 minutes of being there I was in and out in less than hour plus given my first dose of meds there. The receptionist Tara I believe was very helpful and professional and the medical team was amazing as well . I will definitely keep going back . Everything went so smooth and so quick and easy .

Been here twice and both times had a good experience. Everyone from the receptionist to the doctor to the nurse were polite, friendly, and very patient. They actually listen to your concerns and answer all your questions, and only pick a treatment that you are comfortable with. That kind of environment takes away anxiety from going to the doctor.
