I have been to several MD Now locations throughout my life, and this location has by far been the best. I was a walk-in on a Friday afternoon and was seen within 30 minutes. The girl working in the front was thorough and despite my insurance card giving her some trouble, she called and to get the details and make sure my insurance would work. I appreciate that because a lot of places like this simply don’t care and would not make this effort for you.
Once I was seen, the nurse who gathered my information and took my vitals was very friendly, caring, and I could tell she was listening intently to me when I explained what I was going through. She asked questions, smiled, and made me feel very comfortable.
Lastly, the doctor I saw was very knowledgeable and informative, and asked me lots of questions to make sure she got to the root of my problem and really addressed the issue. I find this so hard to come by, every experience I’ve had with doctors in Florida it seemed they were just looking to prescribe me something to patch the problem- but I really felt here with this doctor she cared and wanted to find exactly what I needed.
Overall my experience at this MD center was exceptional. One of the first times I felt that seeing a doctor wasn’t a waste of my time and money. They really have a great team. And it’s a quick care- go figure. Wish I got everyone’s names so I could highlight the care they provide to their patients. If I ever have any issues again I’m going out of my way to come here.

Both of my interactions with the staff - Ana, at the front desk and Chiquita, who took my vitals and administered the Covid-19 test - were friendly, professional and efficient. Even, Jesus from the MD Now Urgent Care call center, was patient and informative over the phone when I called ahead of time to verify that my insurance would be accepted. Janice and Dr. Crespo are the only people I want to talk to. They are very caring, knowledgeable, and make on the spot best decisions. Big PLUS if you are BL/Caribbean/latin and have trouble finding someone to trust taking care of you when you’re ill/injured. Janice and Dr. Crespo are the people to go to.

This place honestly has the most friendly staff. I’m not from Miami I’m from Ma, I was super nervous to go in but all the ladies from the receptionists to the nurse to the doc Maria all super friendly and compassionate made me feel really comfortable and the process super easy. I have zero tolerance for pain and I’m a huge baby but that did not stop them from walking me through everything and taking there time. Thank you all truly from the bottom of my heart we need more people in this world like these wonderful ladies.
