The 2 women at the front desk were extremely polite and helpful. After finishing up my iPad or whatever for my information, the wait was maybe another 5 to 7 mins. No point in even sitting down.

Excellent experience with MD Now. Called another location for my 101 year old Mom who had fallen and was complaining of back pain. After discussion, the receptionist (who was super nice) directed us to this location as we didn't want to bring her to a location doing Covid testing. We waited about 45 minutes in the car for her turn in the queue...and from there it moved quickly. The doctor, Dr. Jose Murillo, was excellent. We were able to get X-rays (he bumped her up in the X-ray queue) and fortunately, she has not broken anything. Dr. Murillo noticed she was having muscle spasms so he prescribed something for that. She is recovering. Thanks to MD Now and Dr. Murillo for an excellent experieince.

Always use MD Now Urgent care. Not only for everyday illness but when they can't diagnose you they send you to emergency room or make sure thay you see your doctor. Not only are they professional but the are caring about the results you should get from another professional that is qualified in different situations concerning your health. I recommend them highly.

It is never fun being sick, but being sick while traveling and not near your own doctor can make things more stressful. I was so pleased with MD Urgent Care in Pembroke Pines. The office is large and when I arrived at 8:30 the sign in was prompt and everyone very professional. From the receptiontist, nurse, and doctor I was highly impressed with out they treat their patients. I would highly recommend this location!

Excellent care. While you wait there’s free water to hydrate you. I only had to wait 15 mins tops in the waiting area. Once in the room I only waited 5 mins and the Dr. and nurse were very attentive and friendly. I would recommend this place.

Hi. I brought my daughter in for a broken toe and I can honestly say that the staff that was here in this day were some of the kindest, most-thoughtful people ever. From the kind, positive young woman who checked us in, the first nurse, the doctor, and especially a nurse named Cesar—they treated my daughter with patience and respect. What wonderful humans.
