It was very impressed when I went for a covid test. I was the only one there and no one was allowed in while I was there. Check in was very efficient and careful. The process took 10 min. The people working there were very nice and careful. The Dr I saw was very nice and efficient too.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!!! Some don't realize that a severe phobia of needles is a real thing. From anxiety to panic attacks. I needed months to work up the courage to get the Covid vaccine. As fate would have it Christopher was the one to give me my shot. I explained my situation. He not only put me at ease, but delivered the shot almost without me knowing. Anyone with this paralyzing phobia that is near the location by Federal and Woolbrite needs to get their shot done by Christopher. Thank you so much, a huge weight has been lifted off me!

Woke up feeling like I was coming down with chest cold because I am 83 and have COPD I called got an appt in one hour They were wonderful very very respectful. Next morning I got my results (negative) so relieved and happy I used them

Everyone was friendly and professional. Cesar was very helpful. The doctor (sorry forgot her name) did her exam and succinctly explained her diagnosis.

I have been to this location about 4 times in 10 years. I'm never disappointed with the doctors and a staff member religiously calls me afterwards to know how I'm doing. It's great to know this service.

They have a clean facility and are fast and friendly. They take their time with each individual patient. They listen and treat you like a person and they are never in a rush to push you out the door. I have gone to this location a number of times over the years and they will even let you sit with the lights off if light is bothering you, etc. I like how they have water in the waiting room and more than one restroom and they are clean. The patient rooms are clean and sanitary. You can call and ask questions and they will not leave on hold for long. They post their prices and always give you a receipt. I have even made appointments before and they take you at your appointed time, same day within minutes or hours, never have had a long wait.

The front desk woman was extremely pleasant to deal with. Doctor knew exactly what was wrong with me and got me out of there very quickly. Highly recommended
