Staff is friendly, helpful, efficient and they have COVID-19 safety protocols in place. It is comforting to see the use of facial masks, hand sanitizers, and spread out 6’ seating. From the moment you walk in the door and check in with the front desk personnel, see the nurse and phlebotomist, and finally speak with the doctor, Dr Raul San Juan, who takes his time to answer questions thoroughly and reassuringly, it was a great experience. The place is clean and organized. I went in for a COVID test without an appointment and only waited 10 min. Everyone was courteous and professional. I was told at the front desk results would be available in 48 hours but the person that did the test told me in 24 hours the results will be emailed to me.

I took my son for the flu shot and it was in and out, everyone was friendly and profesional. After 1hr and half waiting in the minute clinic in CVS and they denied the vaccine for my son for inssurance matter, the MD Now was the best decision I make.
