Pros: Everyone is really nice and the office looks clean Cons: Website a little flimsy & wait was just a little longer than expected. Overall, great experience.

I was on vacation and had a lingering condition so arrived on a Saturday morning. There were two or three patients ahead of me, which was no issue, as they were seen quickly. The iPads *are* cleaned/sanitized by the receptionist and she was able to help me with getting my insurance info (out of country) emailed over to her for direct billing. I was in and out of the clinic in a very reasonable time period. I agree receptionist staff could be more welcoming when you first walk in but patients are now provided with a mask if they do not have one. The clinic is spacious and clean, and the nurses are professional and kind. Dr. Becker is lovely. Highly recommend! Big thank you to the staff and doctor for making me feel cared for.

Went for the COVID-19 testing. We had to fortune of getting the best Dr. she very gently.

I have had to visit this location of MD Now Urgent Care twice in the last year. Each time I was able to go online and set an appointment; arrived and was greeted quickly and efficiently. Wait time was minimal and the nurses and PAs were great. Very thorough and knowledgeable. I was in and out in short order and both times they took care of my problem. My prescriptions were called into my pharmacy before I left the building and so upon picking up what I needed I was able to get back home and rest till I was better. Not being a resident of this area I was happy to be able to have this valuable resource for my medical needs.

I would very clean and the people where nice. but only problem I had was I have asthma they is it that the doctor automatically thinks it's crov19. there are other sickness in the world not only crov19 I was very upset that she only think of that.

Outstanding service! I walked in without an appointment on a Thursday afternoon for a physical and possibly some vaccinations required by my college. The front desk Glenda and Maria were very inviting and offered me water while I checked in and created an account. They were also very knowledgeable and answered all my questions on the phone, prior to my visit. I was greeted by the medical assistant Don in less than a few minutes and he made me feel welcomed and even cracked a few jokes. He was professional but also personable. Very shortly I was escorted back to a room where I met with the practitioner for my physical examination. She was quick, in a very thorough way, and asked me about any vaccines needed. I explained I didn't have access to any records of previous shots and would be willing to purchase all the vaccines needed ( they're prices are also the cheapest available). Instead of charging me, the staff pulled together and researched my previous vaccines, and recommended titers for the ones that weren't documented. Still in awe with the service. The whole appointment was an hour and I now have everything in line for school after my first visit!
