This was my second COVID test done at this location. I was treated very well, the front desk staff is very polite and professional. The nurses/staff that take your sample for the test we’re also very polite, friendly and professional. I am very glad that I found this location for testing. This urgent care location take walk in’s and appointments as well. The results usually come in within 2 days. I became ill while on vacation from out of state. I called and was shown great compassion as it was late, close to closing time. When I arrived I was given good medical care and excellent customer service. The physician and nurse on duty listened to me and gave me what I needed. Thank you from a Missourian to the Floridians

My experience at MD NOW was very good. Everyone was very pleasant and professional. There was a wait but I went after work which I am sure is a very busy time. My treatment for an ear blockage was fast and efficient. I would definitely recommend MD NOW!

Having my Covid-19 antibodies checked was quick and easy at the Miami Lakes center. Dr. May was very nice and knowledgeable. I will definitely return to this location for future needs.

I’ve been to multiple urgent care centers throughout Miami, and other states and this is the absolute best service I’ve gotten from any. The front desk was attentive and transparent about wait times. And the nurse that attended me was super caring and paid close attention to my specific concerns and pain. I felt heard and acknowledged, which didn’t really happen at other urgent care places. Highly recommend.
