Happy 4th of July

For those getting PCR Covid test at the Vero location, what has been your results turnaround time? MD Now is advertising 48 hours, but patients at other locations are reporting 4+ days, and use the same laboratory. Months I got Covid tested at MD Now and the results took 10 days! Trying to see what timeframe patients at Vero location are waiting for results. Thank you in advance.

I came to urgent care today and Ms. Norma MA and Ms. Alex the receptionist was absolutely professional and kind. The physican was very knowledgeable and extremely professional as well. I was in and out in no time at all. I will continue to be a patient there.

I was there again today for a follow up to have them check the sore on my left knee. Everyone is super nice and very profesional. I felt like they all care!!!!! From the Receptionista to Paula very nice, Lina that she took all my information yesterday to the Nurse Claudia Reyes and the Dr Claudia Mendoza!!!!! What a great group of profesional women!!!! A super nice place to go. Miami is a bit of a hard place....it’s missing HUMAN LOVE:( .Happy Mother’s Day to all the Mothers at MD care Elena Ripoll

I was a walk in at 2pm this Tuesday afternoon. Wait time, minimal. Polite and courteous receptionist /(medical biller/ coder?). Quick sign in process as a new patient. Nurse in "triage" room (quickly yet accurately grabs vital signs and notes chief complaint for visit along with current symptoms) -- sweet and prompt. I was honored to have met and to have been seen by the practitioner, Dr. J. All I have to say is, fantastic bedside manner, thorough upon assessment, ensures the patient understands diagnosis and treatment plan associated with it as directed. Very knowledgeable in all body systems/pathology and delivered, from any of MY experiences in an urgent care setting, by far the most pleasant, positive, and disarming visit of any. Bonus-- he was funny, wonderfully hearted and natured as well as compassionate. I found my new homebase for urgent care =) Poka! Savannah L.

Definitely the best place to go when you can't get an appointment with your primary.Theres never a long wait & the Doctors and nurses are always very nice .It's also very clean in there

I called MD Now and had an appt in a day on Sunday. From the the Front staff to the staff doing testing everyone was so courteous and professional. Thank you so much to all. The problem continues to be with some patients that will not follow safe procedures with. Covid. . I highy recommend this office. Great job
