I was surprised to see such low stars for this urgent care. Usually I've had bad experiences with urgent cares, but this one was great.
The ladies at the front desk were pleasant and super helpful with the check in process and insurance.
I took both of my children here and they were able to work things out to see them both at the same time. The dr. Was great with each of them. He listened to the concerns and explained what he was doing for their treatment and why and even explained possible side effects and how the treatments would work. There was only one dr. there at the time, but we really didnt wait long at all.
The office was very clean and they even had stuff for the kids to do in the waiting room and exam rooms. I noticed they even had coffee and water for while you wait too.
I would definitely recommend to family and friends and come back here if we ever needed urgent care again.

Walked into a full, but very clean waiting room and was thinking this was going to be awful!! Was there for a Covid test. The check in was easy, the wait, only about 20 minutes and the staff was lovely..

Excellent service, Amy Morrison was very professional in her assessment of wound originally and care after the initial appointment insured that wound was healing properly. She personally called for a follow up, also recommending that we see a wound care specialist which we did. That specialist said that Amy’s initial care was excellent. We would highly recommend this MdNow facility and Amy Morrison for any one needing this kind of medical attention.

We had to take our daughter in because she's been sick with flu-like symptoms for about a week. Once we arrived, we were greeted by Randy at the Front Desk, who was very pleasant and informative as to what we needed to do. My daughter was very weak and coughing nonstop. Once inside, she was seen not only by one nurse, but by two nurses, Andrew Smith and George Fong, who couldn't have been more compassionate and understanding with my daughter. Dr. Andar then came in and evaluated her in detail, ultimately prescribing her antibiotics and throat medication. He was very patient and answered all our questions. I was so impressed with the attention and professionalism of everyone we came in contact with that I asked to speak with the manager and advised him of such. I highly recommend this facility. Thank you to the staff at MD Now Urgent Care on Bird Road!!!
