I was first sent to this facility a little over a year ago for a workman comp injury, I was so impressed with the level of service.
I just returned today September 4th 2019, and yes, a year later, the level of service is absolutely the same, extraordinary.
It is so rare to find people in the healthcare industry that actually do want to help out and have empathy for your situation.
My primary care physician is a notable doctor in Boca Raton, so I expect a high level of service and care, I had an emergency situation and these people came through.
I can't say all MD locations will offer this high quality of service, but rest assure that this location does awesome service.
I'm not going to tell you that your wait time is only going to be 5 minutes but I can tell you, it was equal, even a little better than at my regular office, and I am impatient person.

I was seen immediately when I walked in with a fever and they ran tests and determined I had Pneumonia. They confirmed X-Ray diagnosis with radiologist, gave me appropriate antibiotic injection plus called in a prescription for antibiotics. All my questions were answered including what to look out for over the next few days. Recommended I follow up with them and also a specialist to discuss. The clinic seems well organized and staff is efficient. This is my second time to the facility and will use them again.

The wait time was not bad at all, and the staff was very friendly. I went in for a female-related issue, and the male doctor ensured that a female nurse was in the room for the examination, which I appreciated very much.

Went over for a COVID rapid test, everyone was AMAZING, took a little while because there were a lot of patients BUT the Doctor I saw was excusing herself for the delay and treated me like family. GREAT PLACE, highly recommend.
