Dr. Franke earned his undergraduate degree in Biomedical Science at Texas A&M University, his Master of Business Administration (MBA) at The Citadel, and his medical degree at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio.

Dr. Franke began his medical career as a physician at Baylor Family Medicine. He then spent 12 years with Doctors Care Urgent Care of South Carolina in various leadership roles – first as a lead physician, then regional medical director, and finally, chief medical officer. Most recently, he was the market medical director for CareNow Urgent Care, leading 19+ urgent care centers in Nashville and the surrounding areas.

Dr. Franke is board-certified in family medicine. He is also a national conference presenter and member of the Urgent Care Association of America, American Association of Family Physicians, and American Association for Physician Leadership.
